In November last year the Federal Court ordered that ASIO provide Scott's legal team with a list - and only a list - of documents relevant to the case. ASIO appealed this routine order. The full court heard the appeal in February this year and reserved judgement, which means that we are still waiting for a decision on this latest appeal. So as we approach the three year anniversary of Scott's detention, and six months after the demise of the Government and Attorney General under whose watch ASIO acted in deeming Scott a security threat, we are only a little closer to finding out why.
